roller bagstrain serviceeasy walk
the hotel offers early check-in. they have space for roller bags and lockers for smaller bags. it is close to tram and train services. i walked easily to marienplatz and surrounding areas.
the staff could have been more cute. the bathroom door was broken. it was reported, but not fixed.

the absence of air conditioning was notable i found the room uncomfortably hot even with the fan i regret there were also issues with noise from the street hindering sleep

The location was excellent, with easy access to Karsplatz and the train station. Many shops and restaurants are nearby, providing plenty of options for dining and shopping. The reception area included complimentary treats , a really nice touch. I found the staff to be very accommodating .
The bathroom lacked sufficient privacy because of the sliding glass door design.
